RON Disclaimer
Remote Online Notarization (RON) is subject to platform availability and the client’s ability to meet technology requirements, including a stable internet connection and valid government-issued ID. It is the client’s responsibility to ensure their receiving party accepts RON-notarized documents.
Payment & Processing Fees
All fees are due at the time of service. Processing fees cover administrative costs such as document printing, scanning, and shipping. These fees are non-refundable once the service has been initiated.
Travel Fees
Travel fees are calculated based on the distance from Macungie, PA. If a signing cannot be completed due to client error or missing documentation, the travel fee remains due and payable to cover time and expenses.
Loan Closing Rules
For loan closings, we act as an impartial witness. We do not provide legal advice or explain the terms of your loan. Title companies and lenders must provide all necessary documents at least two hours prior to the scheduled appointment.
Client Responsibility
Clients must provide valid, unexpired identification as required by Pennsylvania state law. It is the client’s responsibility to ensure all signers are present, willing, and have the mental capacity to execute the documents.
